project, Unfortunately I'm not familiar with Jackrabbit code and structure

I'm just user of {{jackrabbit-webdav}} and I'll be very happy to get Jackarta 
version of this module (alpha, beta etc.) :)

I'm not sure how this whole situation should be handled :(
I would create Jackarta specific branch, It seems to me having 2 branch should 
be as easy as doing rare cherry-pick due to code seems to identical - only 
dependencies are different

But this is your project :)

Please let me know how can I help to made {{jackrabbit-webdav-jackarta}} 
available?
