Manually migrating with {{git-svn}} does not work as ASF uses one big
repository for all projects. Don't know how to reasonably filter the revisions.
Raised https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-25419 for that.
Update: Was able to workaround that and imported the SVN via {{git svn fetch
--log-window-size=1000 -r 1211903:HEAD}}. That way import finished within some
minutes.
