As recommended in https://infra.apache.org/project-site.html#generated we
should no longer expose the publish date on each page as that
- changes with each publication
- does not reflect any content changes in most of the cases.
For now we should just not expose any date at all. In the future we can switch
to exposing a last modified date (once that is available).
