i noticed that with latest vlt 3.7.3-SNAPSHOT it's not longer possible to
install a package that includes sub packages - the sub packages are extracted,
but not installed themselves properly.
it seems the functionality broke with one of the recent commits:
* it works fine with 3.7.3-T20240308111857-81fa88f1
* but does no longer work with 3.7.3-T20240514105118-694f6aea
* differences between those two revs:

i tested with AEMaaCS SDK in two different versions - steps to reproduce the
problem:
* setup a local AEMaaCS SDK instance
* upload package
[https://github.com/adobe/aem-guides-wknd/releases/download/aem-guides-wknd-3.2.0/aem-guides-wknd.all-3.2.0.zip]
* install this package
* expected behavior: the package included the 5 subpackages should be
extracted in packaged manager and all of them should be installed
this works with AEMaaCS SDK 2024.5.16461.20240524T172309Z-240500 which includes
3.7.3-T20240308111857-81fa88f1
it does no longer work with AEMaaCS SDK 2024.5.16544.20240530T165853Z-240500
which includes 3.7.3-T20240514105118-694f6aea
i'm attached log files with the package install procedure with both those
versions.
