The tests themselves are executed in a single Java process in a sequential
fashion, so it rather seems to depend on the [order of tests being
executed|https://maven.apache.org/surefire/maven-surefire-plugin/test-mojo.html#runorder]
and probably missing calls to clean up the repository after test execution (as
the repo is being reused among all tests).
