The presence of this profile currently causes tons of dependabot warning:
https://github.com/apache/jackrabbit/security/dependabot
We currently depend on mysql-connector-java 5.1.6; but that branch has been
obsoleted ages ago
(https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/mysql/mysql-connector-java).
Let's remove that test dependency for now. If somebody is interested to
resurrect it (with a newer connector) that still can happen later.
