The question really boils down to which baseline should be supported. Commons
Collections 4.5 is pretty recent. I am fine with requiring that, but for
example AEM 6.5.23 and AEM 6.5 LTS is not yet coming with it. OTOH AEM 6.5 LTS
SP1 and AEMaaCS ship with it.
