Description:
See test case o.a.j.core.AddMoveTest#testTopLevelAddRemove(), which is now
listed as a known issue in the pom.
Caching issue, maybe? I linked JCR-3368 which might be related.
Using Node.remove() consistenly seems to be a workaround.
