Feedback from a production environment: The combination of both JCRVLT-831 and
this improvement were able to reduce the package creation time of a very simple
package (just 10 nodes, but with the parent node having around 75k siblings)
from 30+ seconds to less than 300ms (DocumentNodeStore, uncached).
