Description:
https://releases.apache.org/ automates some steps of the [release
process|https://jackrabbit.apache.org/filevault/howto_release.html]. This issue
is about adopting ATR and adopting the documentation/metadata accordingly.
The upload is part of the new ASF parent:
https://maven.apache.org/pom/asf/#the-push-to-atr-profile.
As follow up step the release should be fully automated in GitHub actions:
