Patches to source code should be attached to a new issue in Bugzilla
(for JMeter), along with appropriate background. Best to go through
open / known issues first:

  http://jakarta.apache.org/jmeter/known_bugs.html

More on issue trackers and patches:

  http://jakarta.apache.org/site/bugs.html
  http://jakarta.apache.org/site/source.html (see "Patches" section)
