[Bug 52040] Add a toolbar in JMeter main window

Hello Milamber,
I vote for it, I find it great :

   - we gain one click each time
   - I found icons were very meaningful


Some notes (matter of taste :-)):

   - - and + buttons seem bit wide no ?


Maybe one missing icon for "Start no pauses".
