Would it be good if, when we created the stub classes for Stories and Scenarios, we automatically filled them in with "throw new PendingException()"?
Currently the Story framework doesn't like PendingExceptions, but I can fix that.
I'd like to change some of the places which say 'usingMocks' to 'isPending', which may mean either mocks or PendingExceptions. These will mostly be internal changes.
What do you think?
