Hi folks. Sorry for the radio silence.

I still don't have a decision about Tracker. It's a great product but I haven't had a chance yet to ask them about opening up the product to the general public (either for read access or to actually submit tickets, and then how to manage the inevitable spam around that).

I'd stick with jira for now. I might well set up a trac instance at jbehave.org and try both in parallel.

Team: what are your experiences with trac vs jira vs your-favourite-issue-tracker? I'm wide open to suggestions and I must admit I'm not a huge fan of jira. The site (ie. the wordpress site) is currently hosted on my debian server and I'm happy to install anything you want to trial.

Cheers,
Dan

Dan wasn't sure whether it was intended for public consumption yet, and was going to find out.

Whatever we use, I'd like it to be
a) accessible to everyone, so that anyone can submit bugs, story requests, etc, and b) accessible to everyone, so that anyone can see what we're working on and what's likely to be added in the future.

Any word on that yet, Dan?

Liz.

        [jbehave-dev] pivotal tracker?

I was trying to create an account on pivotal tracker for another
project and was told that I already have an account here?

So does that mean that we are going to use it any time soon? I only
see two stories right now.

Cheers
