I checked. That tab says to raise a haus chore. I'll look again.

Dan, it's really very simple to do. It's just a question of going in
the Xircles Settings page (which only Administrators can access) and
under the Maven tab, insert 'org.jbehave' as the repositoryID. Save
and it's done - all the rest is automatic.
