I just rebuild the plugin from the source (as I did before). And now with
IDEA 6.0.4 the selfmade plugin works.
But only as the single one plugin installed. If I copy the other installed
plugins back to the directory. IDEA hangs again.

Perhaps someday I try to identify/eliminate the conflicting plugins. But
not now as this includes killing and restarting the IDE that often.
