Yes, we've replaced the dependency jars with instructions (see
DEPENDENCIES.txt) on how to download them. 

Users of Maven, Ivy and Grape can get them directly from Maven Central. 

Vanilla Ant users can use the target 'copy-dependencies' in the
build.xml provided.
