Any chance the 2 repository definitions can be removed from the hudson plugin
POM? According to this article from Sonatype,
http://www.sonatype.com/people/2010/03/why-external-repos-are-being-phased-out-of-central/,
they are phasing out external repos from artifacts hosted on central, IE won't
host them.
I'm also not happy with maven now checking a repository on the internet I know
nothing about, when I have a perfectly good local repository that is proxying
central, etc.
