Added ability to specify a PathCalculator in the configuration, which
alters where GivenStories are looked up from.
Provided 2 implementations:
* AbsolutePathCalculator - this mimics current behaviour and is the default.
* RelativePathCalculator - this looks for given stories relative to the
current story.
