ExamplesTable and ExamplesTableFactory should be interfaces

To be able to use different formats for the ExamplesTable the factory should be
an interface. The ExamplesTable should also be an interface. This way examples
could be stored in XLS or CSV files by providing different factories, ie in a
story:
