Fix For: 3.3
Default story reporter is not used anymore as story reporter builder now always
returns a multi-thread aware reporter.
It should be deprecated and possibly removed in future releases.
All responsibilities for the provisions of story reporters now lies with the
builder, which is also multi-thread aware.
