Description:
Errors in initialize() method in RemoteWebDriverProvider (e.g. due to auth
failure in SauceWebDriverProvider) are not being reported.
Added RemoteWebDriverProviderTest to verify behaviour (the missing URL should
lead to a RunningStoriesFailed exception in the Embedder).
Priority: Major (was: Minor)
