When copying the generated pending step methods I noticed that the space is
missing between the opening brace and the first curly bracket for the method
definition.
I think it is more consistent to follow the convention for the example methods
as well.
This appears in the unit tests for PendingStepMethodGeneratorBehaviour as well,
so I had to adapt these as well.
