Properly configured test dependencies in CloudSigma2 live tests and now all
tests are passing. Yeeeha!
Tests run: 50, Failures: 0, Errors: 0, Skipped: 0
Apart from configuring the dependencies I've changed the "list"
live tests to depend on the "create" ones, to make sure they
don't run with empty lists.
