I've addressed the comments. If it looks good, I'll manually add all links and then merge the PR.
@everett-toews @demobox When we merge this pull request, we have to take into account that we won't have comments in the blog. They can be added very easily, though (using the [Disqus integration](http://help.disqus.com/customer/portal/articles/472138-jekyll-installation-instructions) for example), but given that we don't have comments in the old blog, I'd rather merge this to have the blog in place (so we can iterate the design, etc), and add the comments once we feel we need them.
