Most of them haven't had activity for more than a month, so it would
be good to ping the authors and have a thought about closing dead
ones. Which brings the discussion onto the table: when do we consider
a PR dead? Should we close dead ones?

Some of those PRs can't be merged or are not passing the build. It
would be good to ping authors too.
