I don't see a DISCUSS thread. Neways, here's what I tried:
1) Ran the verify_jclouds_release.sh script on Mac and it completed successfully. 2) Build the downloaded source code and the completed successfully too. 3) Not sure how I could run tests of our product using mvn and the newly built jars. I guess I could've copied the jars into appropriate directories in my .m2/repository. Instead, I just ran the tests by bumping the jclouds version in my pom.xml to 1.7.2-SNAPSHOT. Note that our product only exercises the blobstore part of jclouds.
