This reminds me about something I wanted to bring up….

Something we should add to the release process (pre or post) is a bit of a PR 
queue cleaning. 

1. Comb the repos for PRs older than 6 months. 
2. For those that are, make a comment on them asking if they’re still relevant. 
3. If there’s no reply within 3 days or a comment saying they’re not relevant 
by the original author then we close it.

Hopefully this would ensure we don’t fall into the trap of the ever lengthening 
PR queues.
