The 1.7.x branches are open for use again. JIRA version 1.7.2 has been
marked as "Released", and all issues that had that as a fix version,
but were still open, have been moved to 1.7.3 [1].
The Nexus staging repository has been released, and 1.7.2 is available
[2]. Still waiting for Maven Central sync, though. The dists directory
has also been updated [3]; mirror sync still taking place.
Site updates and Javadoc generation still to come.
