Thanks for the feedback and many great suggestions! I will update it so
that others can take a look and provide feedback.

As far as live tests go, I think a generalized page for ³Testing² would be
great. If we create a README.md for each of the api/provider directories,
we can put the live testing instructions right there. BOOM! Then anyone
should be able to run the tests.

After looking at it the structure a little more, I am convinced that the
³Release It!² section could go under the "Committers Guide² since releases
are only done by committers. WDYT?
