I am struggling to stay on top on my GSoC review queue; can someone else investigate these racy tests and flaky infrastructure?
I recall seeing a test PR from abayer with comments coming from the Apache Jenkins (I think). Unfortunately, I'm not sure that would have helped in this case since the culprit seems to be ASF Nexus rather than CloudBees or BuildHive, but still...
