Merged HEAD Javadocs for jclouds, labs and labs-openstack

Thanks to the work Everett did to enable the merging of the Javadocs  
for jclouds and jclouds-labs-openstack, the latest HEAD Javadoc [1]  
now includes

* jclouds
* jclouds-labs (active modules)
* jclouds-labs-openstack
It should be easy to add jclouds-labs-google and jclouds-labs-aws to  
the Jenkins job [2] - I just haven't got round to it yet.
