The RC1 vote was cancelled due to an issue found while testing it, and the patch has already been applied but we're discussing the impact in the HP provider [1].
I hope everything will be in place today and RC2 be cut tonight / early tomorrow. If everything goes well 1.9.0 will be out by the end of the week.
