[bcc: jclouds-dev]

jclouds 1.7.3 is quite old and I recommend using the latest 1.9.1.
1.7.3 included support for Google Compute Engine but 1.8.0 introduced
support for Google Cloud Storage.  Both providers have a lot of
improvements in more recent versions.
