Hi all

I've updated the board report draft for October:

Please have a look and comment/amend as necessary. I'll be submitting 
the report on Oct 12th in the evening or on the morning of the 13th - a 
bit before the deadline as I'm not sure whether I'll be online on the 
14th - so please make your edits before that time.
