In that case, are there any objections to release 1.9.2 this week, and
finally schedule 2.0.0 for mid February?

I'd like to add all remaining bits to JIRA and pre-set the fix version to
2.0.0 so we can properly track progress.

If there are no objections I'll do that and cut 1.9.2 later today/tomorrow.

@john, regarding collaboration, feel free to contribute! Code, docs, live
test runs... Everything is very welcome!
