In that case, are there any objections to release 1.9.2 this week, and finally schedule 2.0.0 for mid February?
I'd like to add all remaining bits to JIRA and pre-set the fix version to 2.0.0 so we can properly track progress. If there are no objections I'll do that and cut 1.9.2 later today/tomorrow. @john, regarding collaboration, feel free to contribute! Code, docs, live test runs... Everything is very welcome!
