Hi Heshan, Thanks for your interest in jclouds! You will find our proposed GSoC projects under the "gsoc2016" label in JIRA, but we are open to new proposals.
Regarding where to start, it depends on your interests. Are you interested in the compute part? Or are you more likely to be contributing to the blob storage one? Others? I.
