Also, can you check whether the com.jcraft/jsch.agentproxy.connector-factory dependency was indeed correctly downloaded and bundled? From your comment, I assume so, but it's probably worth a check.
When Karaf builds a distribution it downloads all these deps into a local working directory - the JARs should be in there.
