Dear Customer,
On Monday, 7th of November from 12am-6am UTC we will restart DEV@cloud
customer instances to apply Jenkins 2.7.4 LTS1 maintenance updates.
These updates are critical to the ongoing stability, security and
availability of your instance in DEV@cloud.
During this window your instance will become temporarily unavailable as
it is restarted.
If you wish to upgrade at an earlier time that is more convenient for
your team, then please feel free to open a support ticket and we will
endeavor to upgrade your instance at a time that suits you before the
7th of November. It is a good idea to get your plugins up to date in
preparation for this upgrade.
Your instance will not be restarted during the maintenance window if it
has already been upgraded.
As part of this upgrade we will be automatically upgrading core
infrastructure plugins.
You can receive real time notifications by visiting our status page and
subscribing.
As always if you experience any issues or have any questions, please
don’t hesitate to open a case with our customer engagement team.
