The report also has to be sent to board@. When doing so, it is a common
practice to CC the project's PMC private list, even if itis not
mandatory
nor written in the guide.
It looks like this action item is still outstanding? Or I may have just
missed the email.
Someone (you?) added this which I agree with. New providers get all
the
glory although maintaining our existing ones probably has more user
impact.
I think Ignasi (?) added the text section; I just added the bullet
points corresponding to it. Agree that this would definitely be an
important topic (listing and prioritizing outstanding work/roadmap
items?) for a separate thread.
