Thanks for working on this, Becca!I think "and we are waiting for infrastructure to migrate git repositories." is already in progress/partially done. Worth adding "running through a first commit and then a first release" as important next steps?
Also, given all the help we've received from so many across the ASF, what do we think about adding a short "thank you" to the report?
