Just an observation: jclouds-cli-pom-1.6.1-incubating-source-release.tar.gz root has 2 LICENSE files? LICENSE and LICENSE.txt jclouds-labs-1.6.1-incubating-source-release.tar.gz root is missing LICENSE/NOTICE ?
