@andrewgaul This is currently targeted towards swift-keystone and the changes are implemented as such. It works by specifying a BlobStoreContext configuration property "jclouds.region" to 'filter' your storage endpoints. While I'm sure that functionality could be extended to other providers there would probably need to be some work done to make it standard across the BlobStore API.
