@mattstep - so the https change is because dev@cloud is on https://jclouds.ci.cloudbees.com - i.e., it's https, so the other non-https css/js includes broke. And the index.html appending is again 'cos of Jenkins - Jenkins' archived artifacts don't serve index.html if you go to .../job/foo/3/artifact/somedir/ - instead you get a Jenkins page listing the files in the dir.
