jclouds 1.6.x branch open for fixes

I've just reverted [1] the RC1 release commit on the 1.6.x branch. Thebranch is now open for changes to fix JCLOUDS-242 [2].

Once that is done, we'll recut RC2. It would be great if we could runthat tomorrow - please let me know when we're ready.


I've also re-enabled the 1.6.x CI jobs.
