Does this change (in this PR) help?

"by walking you through how to submit changes to the jclouds mirror repository
on GitHub (the master copy of jclouds' source is hosted in Apache's Git
server))"

The only other reference I see is to the site. The statement

"The jclouds website currently resides on GitHub, and the source code is
available at the jclouds-site Git repository."

is indeed not correct, and could probably be updated. How about

"The jclouds website currently resides on ASF, and a mirror of the source code
is available at the jclouds-site Git repository (as with the jclouds source,
the master copy is stored in Apache's Git server)."

? The remaining references talk about the jclouds contribution procedure, which
does _indeed_ use GitHub and not the ASF repos.
