I don't know how to administer anything or if I can administer anything. I don't think any amount of cross training has ever occurred on a broad scale for this project for anything like wiki or jira. I'm very happy for the people on this team who have stepped up and taken ownership of the pieces of administrivia. I'm guessing we all can do this, but I do believe only one person has stepped up to figgure out how to do it.
