Rather than add this for each provider in which this subtype relationship exists, should/could we make this a standard test case that's automatically run as part of e.g. [BaseComputeServiceApiMetadataTest](https://github.com/jclouds/jclouds/blob/master/compute/src/test/java/org/jclouds/compute/internal/BaseComputeServiceApiMetadataTest.java)?
