Well spotted Noorul,

There are some links in the development page [1] that should point to
the wiki. The "Contributing to Documentation" already points to the
wiki, but not the "Contributing to the code base" one.
IMO that page should be deleted and the link should point to the page
in the wiki (as it is documentation for the jclouds development
itself).

Wanna raise a PR? :)
