Thanks Damian. I did wonder about the line ...
baseIRI = IRIResolver.resolveString(baseIRI)
...but hadn't checked out the Jena source code to look at the history. Is there
a Fish Eye installation or similar where you can see commits via a web browser?
Anyway, I've replaced the null with an empty String so I can get on with
deploying a new version of my application.
I think retaining the warning would be better for compatibility. I'm assuming
others might get caught out with the change.
